PMMOs’Capacity Building&TrainingPrograms enables people, communities and organizations to strengthen their capabilities to develop, implement and maintain effective health sector services.
PMMO health promotion programs, capacity building helping individuals develop leadership, negotiation, and problem solving or team building skills.
Apart from providing basic treatment and general check-up, the Medical Camps also help people to be aware of their health status. Often these camps provide support exclusively for adolescent girls and boys to inform them on reproductive and sexual health.
PMMO Capacity building encourages local people to take action on local issues themselves. Capacity building fosters a sense of ownership and empowerment, so that community partners gain greater control over their own future development.
